Contact forms collect your name, email, agent preference, and any phone number or message you provide. Job applications collect your name, email, message and an optional résumé. Newsletter subscriptions collect your email and your consent to subscribe.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote discussion, consider your application, or manage a subscription you requested. We do not sell your information or share it with other clients or third-party brokers. Technical service providers help us operate and securely store website submissions.
Security and retention
Website submissions and résumés are stored privately, with access restricted to authorised systems. We keep information only as needed for the purpose you provided it and applicable legal obligations. No website can guarantee absolute security.
Health information and calculators
Please do not send detailed medical records through these forms. Insurers collect medical information through their own secure application process. Calculator values are processed in your browser and are not saved. If enabled, a critical illness discussion questionnaire keeps answers only on your screen and never submits them.
